Full LNCS papers and short papers on QTNA topics are welcome. Submissions should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere while being evaluated for this conference.
All papers for QTNA 2019 must be submitted through the Easychair paper submission system. Only papers in PDF format will be accepted for reviewing. Submissions as e-mail attachment will not be accepted.
You can choose the paper type when you submit.
Full LNCS Papers:
A full LNCS paper should have 8-20 pages in the (single-column) Springer LNCS format including abstract, results and references.
Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers.
In addition, the corresponding author of each accepted LNCS paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, will need to complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form, through which the copyright for their paper is transferred to Springer. Instructions for this will be given after the acceptance notification date.
Short Papers:
Authors of short papers are kindly requested to follow the sample file for editing their short papers. Each short paper should have 3-6 pages including abstract, results and references. This type of paper is for those who do not submit a full LNCS paper but still want to attend QTNA 2019.
Consistent with standard practice, each submitted paper will receive rigorous peer reviewing by at least three referees. Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, quality, soundness, significance, and clarity of presentation. Priority is given to full LNCS papers of significant scientific content.
Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register and present the paper, if accepted.
All accepted LNCS papers will be included in the Springer LNCS proceedings. Accepted short papers and abstracts of accepted LNCS papers will be included in an electronic version of the conference brochure with program, provided to all conference participants.
Papers should be carefully revised according to the comments of the referees.
Camera-ready papers should have 8-20 pages including abstract, figures and references and be formatted strictly adhering to the LNCS format (see authors’ guidelines and proceedings templates available via links above).
The camera-ready version (together with all source files) must be submitted through the Easychair system by May 30, 2019 (HARD deadline).
Please also upload a signed and completed copyright form. To download the form click here. Please use QTNA 2019 as title of the book and use Tuan Phung-Duc, Shoji Kasahara and Sabine Wittevrongel as volume editors.
At least one of the authors of each accepted LNCS paper should register by May 30, 2019 to guarantee the paper to be included in the QTNA2019 LNCS Proceedings. Please refer to the registration page for details on how to register.
